I would raise the river, this bet isnt a trap. I think he has KJ, KT or also KQ i would definitely raise here. Twopair , set or limped AK arent very likely the way he played and K9-KQ still pay u off if u make it 200 more.

I can see playing turn or river slowly, but not both

I would play it the same, with a plan to call a river bet. Then that min-bet would mess with my head . I dont think theres a lot we're concerned about on this board so I agree with a value-raise on the river to extract chips from worse kings and lower pairs.

I would value-raise the river to about 250 or so, I think you're good here. LOL at the minbet, how ridiculous.

Other than that I like this, the turn check behind for pot control is good I think.
