Default $2-JJ as over pair on 8x8 board...

Alright, aside from the UTG limp (mis-click)...how would you play this hand?

I had marked the player as LAGG in a previous game.

    The same.
I would not be too excited about getting it in on a paired board with 3 other players, but with an overpair I am pretty sure it's +ev.
I am just another learning player, so read my comments (very) open minded.

I would definitely raise this 3x BB preflop, but you knew that already

On the flop, this is fine - an overpair even on a paired board is very often the best hand - however, the fact that it was an unraised pot preflop increases the chance that somebody has 8x.
