Looks pretty, but no good from EP. Hmm, I really think TLR is trying to take advantage of the standard SNG nitness early and playing us postflop.

No hand to call here. I think tai totally missed the flop buts bets anyway (the gap and all). Seems like I was right.

Taipan raises Forty's blind again, Forty calls and then bets the flop pretty hard. Nice move.

Meh maybe this one was a bit misplaced as well. I suppose I should have limped this, called a raise and played for set value but I was concerned that if TLR raised I would not have proper implied odds to call. On the flop c-bet is standard but I guess I should have expected it to be picked off by TLR. Problem is that even if he is bluffing, he won't fold here because he is pretty much pot committed. Bleh.

Tai raised from MP, I think he can do it pretty wide, I decided to call and try to outplay him after the flop. The flop was a good one for me, because it has 1 high card only and I hit a pair, I thought Tai was c-betting it and unless he has AJ or JJ+ he is folding to the reraise, even if he calls I have 5 outs to improve
It is the 2nd time I reraised Tai, next time I do that I need to have a real hand

Hmm, interesting call there PF. Thought he'd go over or fold. Still he has a decent stack afterwards so not a bad plan.

I'm not intimidated by his raise, I just flat call it to see the flop. Well, either you flop a set or you don't ... I didn't, so I got out (only 2 outs).

Similar to the previous hand vs Forty with AK. Again I've been quiet not got out of line and again I'm not overly keen on playing this UTG+1 postflop hence the raise, again I'm quite content to take the pot early. Roofkid's UTG raise and fold could well be a tighter range there but I've have to bet to find out. If he shoves over me then I'm probably calling, mainly because I overplay AK lol. But betting it at least tells me something, if I flat call I've no idea where I am

I thought about loooong if I should call this but in the end I decided to fold because I was SB, everyony would have had position on me, and If someone would raise behind me I would have been in a very difficult position. After seeing Skeens hand I'm glad I folded.

Strong hand by Tai, pretty much had to be AK or QQ+.

Even though my M is still 20-ish this is my perfect chance to get my chips into play. I don't mind taipan shoving over my raise, I'll go all-in too.

Forty limps, a limp again hmm. The raise from roofkid with AK yep agree with, perhaps I'd raise to 200 but still. The shove from Taipan yeah again I'd agree with, I think if Roofkid has KK/AA he raises less pre but then again I'm a donk lol. Either way seems pretty standard and I'd probably play the same as both here. As I say I don't mind getting it all in pre with AK, probably a major fault I guess.

Standard shove over I think considering the chips in the pot. My only concern was that TLR would be pulling the limp/RR from EP but I think there is no alternative to shoving here.

I have not limped yet from position which is not the SB, so I decided to see how it works, with 2 AI I folded ofcourse.

I first saw KK in my hand and the first thought I had was 'how can I get one of these guys to go all-in here, or at least bet big at me'. skeenobeener solved the problem for me by raising all-in, so I only had to do the same. I never expected roofkid to all also. I figured he would fold to 2 all-ins. I was wrong there. In the end I was all-in with the best hand which is all I can ask for. Immediatly following the hand I was pretty upset to go out so soon into the tourny. I had been looking farward to playing these guys all week, but that's poker. Since this is the last hand I can comment on I'd like to thank taipan for setting this up and letting me play/learn from all you guys.

Ok, I got a pretty strong hand there. 2 all-in raises in front of me ... Ok this is going to be a reeeeeeaaaaally ugly call but I'll do it and BAM there is a J on the flop and FUCK there is a 3rd and 4th diamond on the turn and river ... lol, damn
(In retrospect, after seeing you guys comment on my call and talking to tai afterwards I suppose my call was much too marginal.)

Hmm I reckon I could be in for a flaming here ... Either way an overly large raise from Roofkid basically he's got a 1/5 of his stack in here. 4.25 raise seems overly big, hence I don't think he's got AA/KK the two hands I'm overly worried about I can't see him playing QQ with such a raise either so that leaves 99-JJ or hands I'm really dominating, it's a bet that to me doesn't want action. Anyways as far as my thoughts go, I could fold - bad idea obviously, flat call - again I find no info out about roof's hand and well I guess I could raise to 600 or so but then if he shoves I'm committed. With AK I'd much rather see 5 cards so I opt to shove, be interesting to see others view. As far as mj waking up with KK well that's poker I guess, he obviously isn't folding. Roofkid if he folds is left with 900 odd and well with a shove and a call I think I'd be folding JJ here. Results are great but yeah I'm very lucky with the outcome, however I think I make the same play again. Discuss lol?

Skeeno and Bonaparte play is standard, I don't like the call by elitemob with JJ on this tight table after two shoves. Probably fine at low buyins however.

roofkid had a tough decision, but I think with an AI reraise and call Jacks need to go into the muck, even with his stack size

gf by tlr, no way is tai doing that loose.

Forty open raises, Taipan pushes obv biggish hand, with Forty raising early. Still some chat over the AK, again I don't think my play was that awful

Normally I would fold AQo to an EP raise but TLR had been very aggressive and I know he would turn up the heat on this tight table.

The raise from EP was risky, but they tended to get a lot of respect around this table, I think Tai can be doing it wide here, but still A9 is below his range

Taipan attacks Forty again, very position focused player by the looks of it. No continuation bet this time

Meh I should have bet the flop here but I was worried that TLR would shove over. Bleh maybe should have bet anyway. I think I misplayed this hand by not betting, TLR has picked off my c-bet before, I doubt he would do it again without a real hand so I would have gotten away with the steal.

I dediced to call preflop, Tai tended to be very careful postflop when called on the flop.
I was surprised Tai did not c-bet this flop, and even more surprised he did not bet the turn when the A hits, once I spiked my 2 pair on the river I was pretty sure I am good, Tai may have been slowplaying the A, but I decided to take initiative rather then let tai bet and be faced with a tough decision. In retrospect it was probably a mistake, I should have check-called the river.
I am kind of buffled what Tai had here that he did not c-bet the flop with, I would have to go with KJ here or some sort of mid SC like JT, J9

This may seem like a pretty loose call but I know he's a very good player and I ASSUME that he'd try to trap me with monsters. I bet in late position and he probably thinks I am just stealing the pot and tries to maximize his FE (btw everyone has 0 FE against me, I'm a CS) as well as knowing he may have outs if I do call. Lucky for him, his play was def. +EV (equity plus FE) as we are in a coinflip now but he gets unlucky. I also know if I lose I'll still have chips and I think I can play alright short stacked.

Todd raises again, Forty this time shoves on him, hence not giving Todd much respect for a hand, Todd happy to call and race, a big pair wants action right, no idea whether Forty would shove with lowish pairs although I guess 22-99 prob in his range there. I've not the time to run through stove but it's a tricky call imo, I'd be folding I think.

Pretty monster call by todd. If it was BvB I would snap call but this might be a bit thin.

I was getting tired of the raises by toddanderson, and he was doing that quite a lot, I was actually surprised to see 66, I did not think he would call me with it, since it is very likely he is flipping/dominated and he had a decent stack
I was actually pretty happy to take the flip here, as I needed chips pretty badly

Quick comment on all the table chat about Skeeno's AK push. I dont think anyone thought it was a bad push, it was mainly people explaining to me why AK was the favorite over JJ in that pot. Sometimes it takes a bit to sink through .

Hand 27 - TLR: Another great example of two players who know how each other play butting heads, in a normal game neither of us could really play like this

Hand 28 - elitemob: On this table raising KQs from EP is fine, on a "normal" table you should just fold it, AQ/AK do not always re-raise preflop which means you can have bad reverse implied odds on a K/Q high flop.

Hand 29 - elitemob: Again, raise with 44 from UTG is ok on this table but not in a regular game. Definitely fold to the re-raise from skeeno, you are either flipping or dominated and you do not have implied odds to call and try to hit your set (see the Hand 1-26 HH for an explanation).

As played c/f is obviously fine when you miss your set.

Hand 31 - elitemob: I would definitely play JTs when folded to in the SB, either by completing or raising. I probably just complete it because if Skeeno raises you can throw it away.

Hand 36 - elitemob: Firstly, I raise to 150 not 222 preflop (or make it 157 or whatever weird number pleases you!). Secondly, and you know this already, you gotta fold after 2 pushes after you, on this table too much chance of QQ+. Much more interesting would be if just one player shoved...
- Skeeno: Meh I guess shove is OK, the chips in the pot preflop are 18% of your stack and you want to see all 5 cards.
- Detroit: Quality comment there dude!

Hand 37 - TLR: Nothing wrong with mixing it up but you could use the chips without a fight.

Hand 43 - Me: I think I played this hand pretty badly; firstly I knew at the time that TLR would not play back at me on the flop without a hand, secondly I should have bet the turn after he checks to me twice. Bad play by me, I gave this pot away.

Hand 45 - I think both players played OK here considering reads and past hands. Call was maybe a bit thin by kmind but he does have a point that QQ+ is probably not in TLR's range since he would probably try to trap, but he still does have 77-JJ to worry about. Maybe I'll run some ICM on this later.

Hand 27: Very risky play by TLR but I like it. Flop is a great flop to snap a cbet.
Hand 29: I'm not sure if I call a RR with 44 here.
Hand 31: Detroit, I usually try to steal here with two highish cards.
Hand 36: I can't call here with JJ. Their ranges are QQ+, AK and you'll be lucky if they both have AK.
Hand 37: I usually steal here, TLR, but yeah if you want to do if for deception then understandable.
Hand 42: I understand that a percieved range UTG is really tight but I think your range is a bit more loose, making this a pretty loose raise UTG.I understand that most of us are being tight and you can steal postflop but I don't know. Easy fold to the RR by taipan.
Hand 43: Everything that TLR says. And yeah it's a puke when he shoves but I still think the cbet or at least on the turn is profitable.
Hand 46: Had some chips, hidden hand, tried to steal. After the low RR from a tight player I knew I didn't stand a chance vs. his range.
Hand 47: I steal if I'm BjsAust. He's semishort and will have a tighter range in the BB most likely.

Hand 36 - Tough spot with JJ but I'd fold. You raise 4x and someone shoves for around 20bb's and then gets called. Id probably call the original shove but once another person calls your up against QQ/KK/AA almost every time

Yep, it was a bit on the loose side, especially considerign how active I was so far

If you had bet the flop or the turn (especially the turn when the A hits) I would have folded, as you correctly predicted i would not have played back without a real hand this time

Hand45: kmind's observation that i would not push over with monster hands was correct probably, but I would still shove over with 88-JJ, considering how loosely I played this one I dont think his call was bad, but I am not sure I would have made it, since there is virtually no way he is ahead in this hand

Hand46: I think kmind's raise here was very loose, considering how loose he has played and the showdown of the last hand, good fold though vs the reraise
