I would not raise the flop on this board. That must be one of the worst boards possible for AA and you have MP1 still to act. I would just flat call and see what happens.

As played, I think the turn check is good and I too would fold the river. I can't see too much that you beat open shoving the river into two opps, one of whom put a BIG raise in on the flop and the other who cold called that raise.
