    Default ship it or fold?

villain just sat down 2 hands earlier. in the hand before this one... he limped behind utg limper with AT... flopped A and bet 450 into 500, checked turn, bet another 450 on river and got paid off.

    his OPR stats are bad.

easy fold right? i think alot of bad players think i am just cbetting here and 2nd barreling with my big stack. but its not worth it at this point right?

i think the minraise is trips. I prolly shove him out of frustration, but I think you're beat.
    On moving up, properly rolled:

A little more pre, but this is fine too. Flop also a little more..

check/shove the turn, it's ok to pay off an 8 here.

anyway, as played, ship the rest in.

He called a raise pre-flop so he may have a set (or quads) but he also may have 99-JJ. I think you're probably beat here but it's still a push since he has so little behind.

He probably has 2h9h, everybody at low stakes loves to bluff a card that pairs the board, ship it.

...or else he has an 8, either way, ship it.

By the time you made the turn bet he only had 5400 left and the pot was around 3000.

When you add your turn bet and his effective push the pot has like over 10k and you need to call just 3.5k. You're getting over 3:1.

Do you really think you are winning here less than 1 out of 4 times??

yeah thats a really good point char.

i had a great first hour. i knew i could be really patient. so i talked myself out of making the right decision.

how could i fold 3.5 to win 10k??... especially with that board. folding at that point is ridiculous.
