Default 44 BVB on JJ8 flop ($3R on PS)

While I hadn't taken the chance to steal every time it was folded to me in LP, I still had been raising a decent amount. This was the first I'd been BVB with the villain.

I don't have any explicit reads on him except that he seemed fairly TAGG. I can't remember his stats exactly but his VPIP was for sure under 25 and his PFR% was certainly below 15 (If I had to guess, he was probably 18/14 or something).

I considered not betting this flop, but I wasn't sure what I would do if he bet, so I ended up betting it. But now my problem is that I don't have a plan after betting either

A lot of my problem here is that I only have just over 20bb in my stack, which doesn't leave much room for playing post flop. I'm also having trouble interpreting his raise. How am I supposed to decide whether his raise (that puts me pretty much all in) is strong or weak? I think that most of the time I can rule out a J, but is this type of raise always an 8 or a higher PP? How often is it air? And because I have only 44 and all of 55, 66, and 77 beat me, am I ever good here?

Preflop: Hero is SB with 4, 4.
7 folds, Hero raises to t1000, BB calls t600.

    Flop: (t1800) J, 8, J (2 players)
Hero bets t1200, BB raises to t7200, Hero ...?

fold as played, this isn't a good board even if he just has overs.

Given tight read b/f seems fine, if he was active I might CRAI. I also might try limp/shove pre flop. Whatever you do I would not really want to see a turn with money left.

Fold, you realize that ATo has more equity vs. his range than 44 does right? Would you think about calling this with ace high?
