Default Shortstack JJ in the SB

    Live tourney ($100 +10 buyin - 28 runners - top 3 paid)

Blinds are 1,500-3,000. Down to 5 players, I am the shortstack of around 17,500.

UTG has 25-30,000 and raises to 9,000.

Has played fairly solid so complete bluff unlikely. I have been playing very tight (and card dead for the last hour).

    Choices
    a) Stop-and-Go
    b) Shove
    c) Fold

Is there a particular stack size that changes your decision between a & b?

all in. There is no way you are folding here in my opinion, and a stop n go might just get some people in the hand, so it looks like an easy easy all in

I just get it in. You're short handed at the FT and JJ plays pretty good against UTG's range.

shove, he'll fold a lot hands you have crushed on the flop if you s-n-g. really you would just be trying to get him to fold KQ, I can't believe he's going to fold AK/AQ post flop.

since it's close to bubble you could run the ICM numbers if you like, there is a sticky in the SNG forum.
