Switching over from RING to SNGs

Hey all. I have been playing poker for around 5 years (4 years online) now. The first 2.5 yrs I spent donking off most of my money because I didn't know what BR management even was. Over the last 1.5 yrs I profitted around 2K in ring games (mainly 10NL and a little 25NL). I currently have $540 in my roll now and am considering switching it up and multi-table some sngs. I haven't played them in a while so where do you all suggest that I start out. I consider myself an above average player - good player range. I am looking to start out with 4 tables until I get back into the groove and move up to 8-12 tables. Please let me know where I should start out.

I'd say grind your roll at SNG's until you reach the 10k mark, then go 100NL|200NL'ing
