Importing SNGs into PT

My games are not importing correctly into my PT. Can someone please tell me what to do?

Whats the problem?

The games themselves should be imported the same as cash HHs. For your results you need to request them from the pokerstars client then copy/paste into a text document and import them.

rather than copy/pasting, which
a)can take WAY too long if you play a lot, and
b)doesn't work for me anyways,
use the POP3 email option. If you don't have a POP3 email addy set up, you can use gmail, which is what I do.
