    Default AK hands

I'd play 99+ like this too, except with QQ+ river bet

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (5 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    Button ($55.50)
    SB ($129.35)
    BB ($104)
    Hero ($102.90)
    MP ($100)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K, A.
Hero raises to $4, 2 folds, SB calls $3.50, 1 fold.

    Flop: ($9) 4, 8, 2 (2 players)
SB bets $4, Hero raises to $12, SB calls $8.

    Turn: ($33) 5 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $24, SB calls $24.

    River: ($81) 2 (2 players)
    SB checks, Hero ???

anyone like a shove here? Id think he'd have to fold 90% of his range
    How do you like flop/turn?

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (5 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    Hero ($263.75)
    SB ($99)
    BB ($71.50)
    UTG ($138.90)
    MP ($98.70)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A, K.
UTG calls $1, 1 fold, Hero raises to $6, 2 folds, UTG calls $5.

    Flop: ($13.50) 9, T, 4 (2 players)
    UTG checks, Hero ???

Anyone like a flop check here? Normally I'd cbet, but it seems like there are sooo many hands that call here in his range.

1). unless you have a read that opp likes to lead, at 100NL i'm giving up on the flop. don't like multi street bluffs on unknowns (i'm assuming opp was unknown given no notes).

2). this is a really general question so it's tough to answer. either checking or betting could be best depending on how often you've been c-betting, whether opp likes to c/r or c/c in spots like this, etc.

    1) u should prolly play 99 same as u would QQ by betting river
i give up after flop as well, and check river

2)depends, cbetting this flop is fine unless u have a reason not to..he folds alot of hands like small PP and random crap
Nine to five is how to survive - I ain't trying to survive / I'm trying to live it to the limit and love it a lot //

Hand 1 I check behind because you still beat missed draws.
Maybe with a worse hand I'd bet small to fold his missed draws and very weak pairs. Overall I don't think you have much FE on the river.
Flop I like, turn is not the best card to fire on imo.

Hand 2 is a standard bet to me. Some stats on villain are nice, but you have the Ac, you have outs on calling hands and worse hands fold and sometimes it's even a valuebet. OOP is harder of course, but IP I always bet.

I give up after the flop on hand 1, if the turn brings a J+, then you can rep the scare card but if he has any pair here, he's looking you up on that blank river

Hand 2 is a std bet for me.

maybe I'm making a mistake, but I would probably fold a mid pair to a strong turn bet afte flop raise i hand 1 if i was villain... isnt that most of his calling range? why not bet turn?

flattin ur 4bets, makin u tilt
1 is horrible, you cant put pressure on his range here because every low/mid pp is a set or pair+straight draw. If you do fire turn it must be with the intention to bet river hard because i cant see him folding anything on the turn.

in 2, betting or checking are both okay, i mix it up

in the 1st hand, villain almost HAS to have a hand like 66/77/99 that hes betting to protect from overcards. he's never folding the river, this is why u should VB like top pr for 3 streets in this instance. checking behind afterhe calls your raise is the best play. sometimes i like to just give up and fold since an ace and king are removed from the deck, and those are gonna be your best scare cards that you won't be getting any value from if u hit one and bet.

2nd hand ... its really a wash. i like the fact that the hand has a backdoor NFD and backdoor gutshot possibilities which makes me more inclined to c-bet it, but this is very dependent on how often villain is calling your c-bets. so, sometimes c/b, sometimes c-bet.
