Default $11 QJo BVB good spot for a c-bet?

I'm trying to learn BvB battles in mid blinds.. How's this play?

    Full Tilt Poker, $10 + $1 NL Hold'em Sit n' Go, 50/100 Blinds, 5 Players

    BB: 1,430
    UTG: 6,635
    CO: 1,835
    BTN: 1,890
    Hero (SB): 1,710

    Pre-Flop: (150) J Q dealt to Hero (SB)
3 folds, Hero raises to 300, BB calls 200

    Flop: (600) 9 7 6 (2 Players)
    Hero bets 350

    Awkward spot . .

But yeah checking allows him to take the pot away from you, as such I don't really dislike your play but if calls/re-raises then I'm lost and bled off 650 chips.

I don't really like playing any hands from the SB out of position which are relatively weakish like QJ, I'd probably just fold it pre-flop.

I like the raise preflop, mainly because there is a mid-stack in the BB who can't afford to be calling this raise very wide. Flop isnt exactly great for a cbet. Usually by this point in the sng I have reads on how most opp's play postflop so I would use that to make my decision

I would raise a little less preflop, 250 should do exactly the same job as 300. As played, I would c-bet the flop too. Although it is very drawy, that flop isn't too bad for a c-bet and your stack is deep enough to give up if opp calls (and you miss the turn) or raises.
