As for why im checking the turn, it was my attempt to raise any bet (turns out i was behind but thats being results oriented). I figured alot of defensive raises could be coming from random two pairs perhaps sets or pairs with flush draws. Its nearly impossible to hand read with preflop action as it was.

My second problem was the river. Once again I may be getting too results oriented but after the hand he was like "why didnt you raise.. blah blah" which leads me to beleive he was calling all in, so I lost equity. However, long term is it right to raise the river or just call. I figured alot of AXc, KXc type hands could show up. And i left myself with a workable stack in the case I wasnt showing down the winner.

Benne isnt that great, hes been getting slapped across the face with the deck this game. The other guy in the pot is new.

thanks, should be an interesting hand.

with these stacks I'm just paying off bigger flush, you're over thinking it.

I don't like turn. TP types check a lot, two pairs/sets will raise if you bet and you can get it in. There are a lot of rivers that kill your action or hand

    EDIT good edit char

I will often raise that flop.

Weak-lead, check, and standard donk-bet on turn all have merit.

I might just open-push that river, but as played I definitely get it in (higher flush is just a cooler).
