Opp was 19/6 after 47 hands

One previous hand he called my steal raise , me being SB and him BB, I cbetted half pot and he reraised me all in.
Last round, I pushed his BB, so I decided this time I would try to limp and bet on the flop, and see from there. I read him as being a restealer, so I didnt want to raise this time. Stacks were bigger than 10BB so I didnt push.

I was quite sure I had the best hand so I was really surprised when he bets the river.
My intentions werent clear with the check on the river, I was confused.

After your flop bet is called, I definitely check the turn and see what he does. I do not want to play a big pot here.

As played, I think you have to fold the river, opp shoves the river after you bet strong on the flop and the turn - take your 1500-1600 chips and look for a spot to shove.
