I'd half pot the flop and fold to a raise.

As played, did you have any sort of read here? If he's lagg you might take it with a shove over, if tagg he's likely either sitting on a pair over yours or a set looking for a call down. I'm not really good enough with the odds and stuff to know if you're in a spot to be calling looking for an overset, so unless you have a good reason to believe he's rocking missed overcards you probably just go away and wait for a better spot.

With 20x BB left I would raise this preflop rather than limp since if somebody raises, you don't have set implied odds (except for a minraise of course).

As played, with your flopped overpair, I would definitely lead the flop for 250 or so and see what happens.

After you checked the flop, given CO just cold called preflop, you can discount most of the pairs above yours since they would have re-raised preflop (TT might have cold called, but that's the only one I can think of) and unless he's a complete moron he wouldn't have 54. Hands like A6 and overcards are definitely in his range.

Therefore, to me the small bet means CO is either a) trying to take the pot down cheap with something like weak overcards because you and MP checked b) has some piece of the board like A6 or c) is weak leading a set or TT. Of these c) is by far the least likely - I shove over.

Raise preflop, as played bet 2/3 pot on flop and call a push
