My preflop analysis is that you need a hand converter.

And this preflop raise isn't big enough. There's an extra SB and BB in the pot as dead money, so that's gonna require a preflop raise of about $1.50 or $1.75.

I prefer a pot-sized c-bet on the flop since there's two villains. AAHondoAA is getting 3:1 on his $2.50 call, and it would be hard for him to have less than 25% equity on this dry a board with large part of his range. But he folds it because he sucks at poker. Pot the flop, and he's only getting 2:1 after one caller.

Blocking bet is fine for the river, but I don't know if $2.50 is enough in an $11 pot. Maybe $5?
