The mindonk at 25 and 50NL is very often a blocking bet with absolutely nothing or a weak draw, both of which AK is ahead of. It's pretty typical to just ignore it and make a standard c-bet, and you get a surprisingly large volume of folds from the mindonkers. If anything raising that bet is +EV because you were likely going to c-bet anyway, and now he's graciously tipped you a big blind for your troubles. But I do agree that folding to the min-3-bet is the right choice. That's a warning sign. If you flat that, it's with the expectation that any card that makes the flush or the straight (both of which he could be drawing to) will force you to fold. In other words, there may not be much point to it - you might as well let him have this one and wait for the next time to pop him. If you do call it's a very sketchy situation in terms of equity. You're a little bit ahead or about even a lot, but sometimes you're way behind.
