Default 10nl QQ, OESD on the turn, your play?

Villian is 36/3.8/1.8 over 433 hands
Player note: "Chases FD OOP w/o odds, Insta check blank turn, calls AI (Pot sized bet)"
(Side question... Anyway to check the stats available to me at the time of the hand as opposed to total hands after session ends?)

    $0.05/$0.1 No Limit Holdem
    8 players
    Converted at weaktight.com

    Stacks:
    UTG ($9.80)
    UTG 1 ($1.85)
    Hero ($10.15)
    MP2 ($9.80)
    CO ($10.15)
    BTN ($9.85)
    SB ($9.00)
    BB ($5.90)

    Pre-flop: ($0.15, 8 players) Hero is MP1
UTG calls $0.1, 1 fold, Hero raises to $0.5, 5 folds, UTG calls $0.4

    Flop: ($1.15, 2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $0.85, UTG calls $0.85

    Turn: ($2.85, 2 players)

I'd bet the turn for $2. If he's made a straight, set or hit two-pair w/ connectors, I'd assume he'll either raise me or call and lead into me on the river. Either way, i've got an OESD + 2 Qs and another card to come. No way I'm letting him have a turn card for cheap.

Thanks for the response guys. Sorry if it was too obvious a play, I have a natural reaction to bet always, so I need to calibrate myself and look for situations where it is not good to bet.

There are usually only 3 reasons to bet/raise. They are...
    1) Protect your hand against draws.
    2) For value, meaning worse hands are likely to call.
    3) To bluff, meaning better hands are likely to fold.

There are a few other situations like raising for free cards, block betting, etc. but going through those 3 scenarios every time you think about betting/raising will do you a lot of good. If none of those 3 apply then you shouldn't bet/raise. In the hand you posted #1 and #2 both apply so you should bet.

This seems so simple, but it really helps me understand things. Thanks for the explanation.
