Default Paired board flops with decent pots

Checkup on these flops. These are both from $11 tourneys just played.

Do you c-bet? If so, do you call/push over the raise? Would you c/c or c/r? Or is this about all you can do?

C-bet a little bigger in this one to try to discourage a bluff (as I had no intention of calling), good or bad idea?

Hand 1 - I used to auto-cbet this but I think its close to being unproftable bc most people's preflop ranges are pretty tight. UTG raise and UTG+1 flats behind=usually a pretty tight range. Check/raising seems like a decent option against a somewhat decent player. Check/fold this against donks

Hand 2 - Don't like the large cbet...this isnt going to stop people from playing back on boards like this. betting smaller might actually give off the impression that you could have Jx. I'm fine cbetting for around 500 though

Hand 1 - seems standard to me. The only time I wouldn't c-bet is if I knew that UTG+1 is a solid player. I don't think we can give credit to UTG+1 having a tight range since many (most?) players wouldn't have a clue about the impact of position on what hands they will call with (QJo? Let's call the raise since our two cards look so purty!).

Hand 2 - what fjuanl said. 500 is plenty as a c-bet here.
