Against a reasonably bad, unpredictable and aggressive player I think thats pretty bad. A weakish looking raise may induce a wtf bluff shove every so often which bones us.

my rationale basically is that if a bad lag makes a river bet that gives me almost 4:1 on my call, im going to make that call TPGK.

I don't think anyone betting this amount will expect a fold, so it's about never a bluff to me.
It looks like a blocking / thin value bet from 2 pair or a 7.

Imo the only reason to call this is when you expect this villain to blockbet with a worse A more than 20% (which he shouldn't imo).
I don't think he is, which is why I fold.

i gotta admit, my first instinct was call, but vs a bad player if I'm on my A game I'll probably fold. It's a bad spot for a bluff. Kind of looks like a poorly played set.
Edit: During play I would call. My A game isn't to that level yet. I think players like this could do this erratically with a lot.
