Hard to really say without knowing more about this guy.

I'd say he's repping 88, 79clubs, 79spades AQclubs or something. maybe some two pairs as well.

It's a weird card to raise, but I can't see what draw hand even would float/call this flop and raise this turn that we're ahead of.
