Default Do you call this river?

Both players are regs and are pretty solid. What do you do on this river with MP1 left to act?

Btw, this was from last nights Gauntlet tourney that had 29 people in it (and I think there were about 24-26 still left at this point).

GMML and Pankfish, you two stay out of this (or anyone else who knows the result) till others have a chance to comment.

Crying call getting better than 3:1. But you mostly beat a bluff here and it would be a weird spot to bluff. I assume you called and MP1 folded as final pot has an extra call. Or other way around I guess.

I guess I'd want to imagine some small-med pps and Tx on opps hand and hang on to my weak trips. Call, fold to a reraise.

nope id fold this, i dont see what he value bets that you beat, looks like villain has a flush imo.

I mean I assume you check turn to call a bet on river? who were villains? Gmml and pankfish? If that's gmml betting I call, he doesn't understand poker.

you did outlast both of us last night so I guess you have a right to say that.

Yes, GMML (MP1) and Pankfish (SB) were the villians. My biggest mistake was checking the turn, but I REALLY thought Pankfish would take a stab at it and was planning on c/ring him.

On the river I just couldn't see neither of them having a flush here and with Pankfish still to bet decided to lay it down. I guess I was in an ultra nitty mood last night as GMML couldn't believe that I could lay down a J there.

    The results
    River: (t483) T (3 players)
SB bets t225, Hero folds, MP1 calls t225.

    Final Pot: t933

    MP1 doesn't show K T
SB has T Q (flush, queen high).
    Outcome: SB wins t933.

Actually, now that I think about it I am blaming this on Pankfish. His donk call on the flop (with absolutely NOTHING FFS!!!!!) gave GMML the right odds to chase his flush draw (unless he puts me on air or an underpair to the J's).

Yea, its his fault I lost the hand. I like that, let's go with it.

Umm, they don't always turn up with the flush here. Pocket pairs 66-TT, a (badly played) slowplaying overpair scared of the flush and maybe even Tx might bet here particularly after the turn checks around.

I bet the turn and as played, call the river getting 3:1 on the call.
