Default 4.40 180 man, close to bubble, top two on dry flop...

can I get away fromt his? The more I think about it the more I feel I should fold here. I mean what hand could he have besides 3 sixes?

    try not to post results

the action is spooky but I don't see how you get away from it, especially after you check the flop. you should have CR'd a lot more anyway and then it's a no brainier. No one is calling a CR without an ace and if they have one they like they'll call a lot more than 1/3 PS or whatever this was. Don't let the donk bet throw you off. I would also just lead flop because your line helps worse As to fold.

I agree with dr. Don't let the results make you think that you did the wrong thing.

Just trying to get better thats all. A great player wouldda made this laydown. I think he has only one of two hands here, 66 or A6s. I couldda got away from it. 99% of the time I'm way good here, but even before I called I said there s a decent chance he has 66

Your post contradicts yourself. You say a great player would have gotten away when you are good "99%" of the time. Anyway, lol at a great player ever laying this down in this tournament. Easy call but I do like your attempt on putting him on a range, I just think you need to get a better feel for his range. In these games you'll see bare Ax hands doing this all the time. Nh.

never ever ever ever ever fold this in a $4 180... or probably anywhere else.

I think he has only one of two hands here, 66 or A6s.
AK very possible... AJ AT possible in this tourney too.

    nice hand.

Although not as likely, don't forget to throw big draw hands like 10sJs or Ks10s.

id find it very hard to fold but i might because the bet to begin with is so small and the raise is so huge. if he wanted to push u off the hand without a cooler hand like aa qq or 66. then hed raise to half your stack and stack off anyway when u raised. u raised for information (i take it) and he made it 10x your bet (all in) theres ur info. just make a note on the guy that he has a tendancy to "sucker" bet trips. the check is horrible here as u loose the inititive. if ud bet and he raises then u can see much more easily.
nice hand and very tough to get away from. if it were live or in a big mtt for a large buy in it would be a very hard but nessesary laydown.
the check call is the bad bit here i think a bet/reraise/fold line works better.

I check raised the small on the flop just a little because I wanted fold equity if he 3 bet me. I didnt plan on the massive over 3 bet. I know its near impossible to get away from this but could it have been folded? I think so. the whole hand screamed 66 in the hole, IMO

And for the record, I dont think his range is anything but A6 or 66 and possibly AQ also.

You watch too much TV poker. A great poker player gets it in and doubles to a huge stack in a $4 about 90% of the time here.
