At $11, that PF raise is too small, I can't imagine it's much different at $16. I'm pushing it to 400. QQ is too vulnerable to let people in at 2.5x.

As played and in my scenario, after the flop check, I'm shoving. If he has a K, so be it.

As played, I also shove over the turn bet. nothing new about the five.

Push again on the river. Again, nothing new.

As played, it looks like he had either a pocket pair (lower than QQ) or a missed flush draw. That doesn't look like a value bet on the end, but a bet designed to get a fold (from a poor player).

Just my 2 cents, take it as you will.

Preflop is fine I think, we don't mind getting some action with QQ. I agree that 99/TT are too vulnerable to overcards coming so I would shove them with your stack size, but with QQ I think the raise is fine.

On the flop, I would probably bet 400 and get the rest in on the turn if called. There are actually quite a few less Kx hands that would just flat call you preflop since AK should shove back preflop and KQ is unlikely since you have two Qs. I guess a slowplayed AA or KK and KJ/KT are possibilities.

As played, I don't think we can call the turn bet then fold the river, if we are going to fold the river then better to just fold the turn.

    pre-flop between 250-300 so it's fine..

flop check is good but the point of that check is to make him overvalue his lower pairs or make him bluff since he's laggy.. if you're not gonna call down until the end it's better to bet the flop to see where you're at..then you lose the min..

My plan at the flop is check like you did and then never fold..

If it was an Ace it's a totally different scenario..

Hmm, noted on the PF raise. I thought it was too small, but I see your points.

FWIW I push any hand I would play in this situation except for QQ+. K8-KQ are definetly in villians range...but I agree that if I'm calling the turn I have to call the river
