    Default Some Stars $6.50 hands

What's up guys, been a while since I posted any hands, been lazy with it. I'm still working on tilt issues, but I'm at the stage now where I can acknowledge it and quit playing when it hits. Right now I'm slowly restoring my bankroll; I'm at $515 and when I hit $600 I'll return to the $16.00's for a trial period. Anyways, here are the hands:

    Hand 1
    -----Hand 7-----
    Heros M = 7.64
    PokerStars Game #17828451637: Tournament #90420778, $6.00+$0.50 Holdem No Limit - Level V (75/150) - 2008/05/31 - 20:35:29 (ET)
Condensed history provided by the Tournament Trimmer (v1.1.4w) from http://www.FlopTurnRiver.com
    Table 90420778 1 9-max Seat #7 is the button
Seat 2: Gabrielbpf (2165 in chips)
Seat 3: lyinweasel (1130 in chips)
    Seat 5: TOMMY ONE_K (2800 in chips)
Seat 6: Hero (1720 in chips)
Seat 7: lioncastle (5685 in chips)
    Gabrielbpf: posts small blind 75
    lyinweasel: posts big blind 150
    *** HOLE CARDS ***
    Dealt to Hero [9h Ah]
    TOMMY ONE_K: folds
Hero: raises 1570 to 1720 and is all-in <-- I was very surprised that WIZ puts this as a fold from the CO. I have more than 10 BB's, but this is a fairly good hand for the position. Even if Button and blinds are all on 10% calling it's still a clear fold. Does this seem off to anyone?

    Hand 2
    -----Hand 13-----
    Heros M = 1.73
    PokerStars Game #17828765023: Tournament #90420778, $6.00+$0.50 Holdem No Limit - Level VIII (200/400) - 2008/05/31 - 20:51:52 (ET)
Condensed history provided by the Tournament Trimmer (v1.1.4w) from http://www.FlopTurnRiver.com
    Table 90420778 1 9-max Seat #2 is the button
Seat 2: Gabrielbpf (3480 in chips)
Seat 6: Hero (1165 in chips)
Seat 7: lioncastle (8855 in chips)
All players post the ante 25
    Hero: posts small blind 200
    lioncastle: posts big blind 400
    *** HOLE CARDS ***
    Dealt to Hero [9d 6d]
Gabrielbpf: raises 3055 to 3455 and is all-in
Hero: calls 940 and is all-in <-- Gabriel is a decent multi-tabler, and lioncastle is donkish. I called here because I'm leaving 940 chips behind, and I pretty much have to autoshove next hand and risk getting called by two, since lioncastle is unlikely to iso-shove. Thoughts? I know i'm behind here, but it's this hand or one of the next two.

    Hand 3
    -----Hand 9-----
    Heros M = 5.57
    PokerStars Game #17828527201: Tournament #90420778, $6.00+$0.50 Holdem No Limit - Level VI (100/200) - 2008/05/31 - 20:39:21 (ET)
Condensed history provided by the Tournament Trimmer (v1.1.4w) from http://www.FlopTurnRiver.com
    Table 90420778 1 9-max Seat #3 is the button
Seat 2: Gabrielbpf (1840 in chips)
Seat 3: lyinweasel (5080 in chips)
Seat 6: Hero (1670 in chips)
Seat 7: lioncastle (4910 in chips)

    Dealt to Hero [9h Kh]
    Gabrielbpf: folds
    lyinweasel: folds
Hero: raises 1470 to 1670 and is all-in <-- Just wondering if you guys shove here. WIZ says go if he's calling 19% or tighter.

    Hand 4
    -----Hand 8-----
    Heros M = 17.78
    PokerStars Game #17828541460: Tournament #90420760, $6.00+$0.50 Holdem No Limit - Level VI (100/200) - 2008/05/31 - 20:40:05 (ET)

    Table 90420760 1 9-max Seat #4 is the button
Seat 4: Hero (5335 in chips)
    Seat 5: shp82yvr (1830 in chips)
    Seat 6: stephano33 (1370 in chips)
Seat 7: Gabrielbpf (2977 in chips)
Seat 8: bennyluo (662 in chips)

    Dealt to Hero [7d 5d]
    Gabrielbpf: folds
    bennyluo: folds
    smurfen76: folds
Hero: raises 5135 to 5335 and is all-in <-- These are spots I've been looking for lately. WIZ says it's a push if SB is on 12% and BB is on 16%. I think that makes it very close.

    Hand 5
    -----Hand 6-----
    Heros M = 2.57
    PokerStars Game #17828500013: Tournament #90420689, $6.00+$0.50 Holdem No Limit - Level VI (100/200) - 2008/05/31 - 20:37:57 (ET)

Seat 4: NineRocket (2680 in chips)
    Seat 5: ken4fun (3995 in chips)

    Dealt to Hero [Qd 8h]
    mrpopoblack: folds
    grönis: folds
Hero: raises 570 to 770 and is all-in <-- I missed a button push the hand before, and now I have Q8. This was a judgment call, I wasn't sure if I should wait a few hands or fold. WIZ says push if all remaining are on 20%.

    Hand 6
    -----Hand 5-----
    Heros M = 7.58
    PokerStars Game #17805653592: Tournament #90299252, $6.00+$0.50 Holdem No Limit - Level V (75/150) - 2008/05/30 - 20:59:22 (ET)

    Dealt to Hero [Qd As]
Hero: raises 1555 to 1705 and is all-in <-- This is one of those spots where I never fold, but SNG WIZ always tells me I should. I am the short stack here, and even if I put everyone on a ridiculously tight range, like 8%, this is a fold. Do you guys regularly fold in spots like this?

Thanks for the input guys, more hands tomorrow.

General comment - when you say "Wiz says this is a push/fold" you also need to make sure to look at the ranges that Wiz assumes that players to act after you will shove with (and call a shove with) as these are often unrealistically wide (thereby turning a push into a fold)

Hand 1 (A9s) - yes, this one would be a clear fold for me with 11.5x BB. My range in this spot would be 77+, AJo+, ATs+ or something like that.

Hand 2 (96s) - I would probably fold and shove the next one without looking at my cards. The fact that the Button shover is a decent multitabler and he's shoving into the donkish big stacked BB means that he most probably isn't shoving ATC with you so short.

Hand 3 (K9s) - seems standard to me

Hand 4 (75s) - big stack pwning, I like it! Make sure to target only non-donk players with this sort of move as donks can often call wide here (I've seen it).

Hand 5 (Q8s) - I suspect that this is one of those pushes that is neither very +EV or -EV. Given you are shoving into the three big stacks you could get called wider than 20% however.

Hand 6 (AQo) - I can't imagine that shoving this is -EV. See my note above about pushing/calling ranges of the other players if you fold.
