99 Shove/Fold/Call

Interesting hand . . looking back I played it badly, anyways . . gobo is a fish - and has been tilt shoving since losing the majority of his stack. bking after 50 odd hands is running at 32/2 - thoughts? (Note I'm BB does this affect your move)

I shove this to isolate the shortstack. Whilst there is of course a chance that SB cold called with TT+, it is more likely that he has some marginal hand that he will fold to your shove, nicely contributing some dead chips to the pot in the meantime.
