With no read, I'd move in and be happy he didn't shove himself since maybe he's planning on making a dumb fold. I think open folding and open shoving are both better than raise/folding. When you raise/fold, you're mostly turning your hand into a bluff. It isn't like you want to take a flop with A8o.
Feel free to fold, your stack size is more important than your hand. I think people see Ax or a low PP OTB and just feel like they have to play it since they are ahead, but folding is certainly better than making a raise and then not knowing what your plan is from there.
Whether raise/call is better than open shove is really based on reads, will they call/shove wide, will they give up if they miss the flop.
Also notice you're setting up a bad SPR here, I would make it something like 600 instead so if you do get called shoving the flop isn't really an over bet.
