    People are retarded, I call.

I call and watch him show you a flush draw or a KJ, QJ, JT or worse Jx.

Personally I am not sure that I would have raised AJo from the CO with three limpers in front this early, I think I would have just called and played carefully on an A or J high flop.

This is reason #7 I hate SnGs that pay to place.

I am super rusty at cash games. Would this be a straightforward position + value raise in a FR cash game?

I can see the logic of limping but I prefer to thin the field especially when I have position, this way I can have much more confidence when J or A flops

Yeah, particularly against players who will commit to seeing flops and stack off light. The problem is that it's a pretty high variance play that will put you in spots like this where you kinda of have to shrug and call. Also, in the live game I play in, I'm going to face a lot of donk bets and play back at a lot of them with not much more than my table image.

I agree with everything Fnord and Taipan said.

I fold PF btw. Its not a choice between limping and raising, its a choice between folding and raising. Limping is your worst option.
Just dipping my toes back in.

I don't always agree with this. Whilst most of the time we should either raise or fold, I don't see a reason to fold what is probably the best hand preflop but similarly I don't want to build a big pot when it will be difficult to play an A or J high flop. I think we can just call and see what happens on the flop.

If you call it will be much harder to play an A or J high flop

I do not disagree, but it is also harder to get away from an A or J high flop when the pot is much bigger because we have bloated it preflop

I think limping is better than raising here.. With AJo you play better against weaker aces that limp pre-flop.. I would limp behind here..

As played I'm all-in on the flop..

In a 6 way pot hitting an A or J is often no good, so basically you play AJ as pretty much ATC

You need to call here, you beat more hands then have you beat. Only real hand I would worry about would be a flopped set but you beat all draws and crush a weaker jack. You already put in 1/3 of your stack, you cant fold here with so many hands you have beat.

Playing AJ in a limped pot seems like a great way to get into trouble to me. May pick up a small pot or get into real problem spots in bigger pots.

    Nice call.
