i dont fold to minraise on this flop. Call, proceed with cautions and see what he's gonna do on the turn.If he is capable of two barrel bluffing with pairs plus drawing hand, then good to him. Otherwise, you know its hard to make any profit with measly overpairs out of position.

I don't see how you can fold this. Raising is worse than calling too because we can find out where villain is at by checking to him on the turn.

Ignore the SB for a moment... No need to worry about SB.

The player you should be concerned about is the CO with 100bb. I'd say that half of the time in this spot you're ahead of CO's range. Play against him.

So what's the plan?

Call CO's raise OOP and donk lead turn into him? If I don't, and he bets turn (likely), how can I continue without a read that he's a habitual bluffer? I doubt he's bluffing the flop into the aggressor and another villain still in the picture.

I hate being OOP, and it seems like most times I'm in this spot vs an unknown and I call the flop raise & check the turn, they're firing again on the turn and I have a very difficult decision with no reads, and usually aren't ahead.

vs a known spewtard I'm comfortable with a passive line here, but vs unknowns...gah...

Seems like by calling here I'm hoping for a turn c/c, which in my limited experience -- isn't even close to the most likely turn outcome.

its not a big mistake for you to fold on the turn when villains fire the second barrel. Also, you could see a cheap showdown if your unknown villain is not capable of betting out any scary cards.

Don't forget that the pot is protected by the short stack all-in so villain will most likely check behind in TURN if unimproved.

I agree, but I like our hand against CO's range a lot better if he raises it to at least $75. He really seems to want action here. Even if he raises to $75 I'm still not ZOMG ALL-IN *FIST PUMP*. Hence, in retrospect I wish we had checked. Although that seems kinda wrong and I would probably put myself in the same spot.

If we check the flop, wont CO's bet fold out air and overs anyway? Most of the time you would expect to get raised here right? check, call a bet and see what comes on turn??
