I prefer villain being deeper, but I'm inclined to say yes without relevant history with villain.

Taken from CTS's blog early on his poker development -

Frustrating the small blind - One element I have been adding to my play is never letting the small blind open-limp when I have the big blind. If the small blind complets the $2 bet, I immediately raise to $18 with almost any two cards. The only times I wouldn't raise is with an extremely weak hand against a player whom I have thoroughly frustrated with this strategy. By playing this way, I encourage the small blind to fold every time he has the chance to open. If he does this with the bottom 70% of his hands, it's making me about one small blind ($2) every thirty hands (this is an estimate based on how often he gets to open, etc.). By raising every time, I am punishing the small blind for playing out of position and usually he folds and gives me the $4 he put in the pot. However, when he doesn't fold, I am in position and when players play back at me they usually have defined their hand pretty well.
Currently thinking of a new quote/signature... Some sort of prayer to the Poker gods for enlightment etc..

Sorry I didn't notice that. Bad example fixed in the OP.

I agree with what CTS said in his blog.

For what it's worth, sometimes I limp SB with strong hands if I KNOW they will raise in the BB afterwards. In this case I either 3-bet them or play postflop and hope to hit a pretty deceptive strong hand.

If they had limped a few times and folded to your inevitable raise, I'd be somewhat worried if another time they limped and called the raise. It's probably not that weak of a hand.

Without a read I think 100% is too much. I'm betting about 80% here against my average unknown, who is 30/10/2 FWIW. Anything suited, anything connected, QX, KX, and AX. So pretty much ATC. Just missing out crap like J6o, T5o, etc. Because there's just a little too much heartache in playing those hands post flop. Against a nit though, ATC.

haha that blog must be soooo old

but yea, most strong players jam the fuck out of a weak player limping the sb + it creates aggressive dynamic when u have position and can change up ur freq to bust em
I got more flava than fruitstripe gum
