    Absent any reads on this guy I would usually go broke here too as played.
    Against tight, competent players I might be able to find a fold here.

    A 3-bet preflop actually would have made this a much easier flop. If he smooth called you would be committed to shoving this flop. If he 4-bet shoved pre you could have gotten away from this hand.

    Wow that's a nasty flop. A guy bet full pot into a preflop raise and call, I might just shrug and fold. Also I would have made it 380 or so to go preflop.

    Whether or not to re-raise preflop depends on reads on the raiser. Against a tight regular I would almost always just flat call here and play for set or possibly overpair value. Against a LAGG player I am pretty happy to re-raise and hope that he shoves over.

    As played, I usually don't give credit to donks using the "bet pot" button and shove over as you did.
