I was going to post this, but with so little behind I don't mind it so much as the raise commits us anyway and action from worse hands is good.

With deeper money, the small flop raise is a pretty big mistake.

By experience, he doesn't have the K very often here! I expect more a FD or OESD.
    I pay this off!

Hard to tell. 50/50 wouldn't surprise me. I think you'll see a Ten here a fair amount as well.

My (small) experience tells me that short stacks don't often have a K here. Otherwise, they'll check-raise TURN or bet RIVER.

so we 've got to call in this spot even if he is passive As played, i fold to his sudden aggression. Maybe too weak

If villain was something like: 30/3/1 over 300+ hands, it would be different, but even so, you're getting 2.7 - 1 with an overpair with OESD & FD on the board ...
Let's say the worst case scenario that he has a K. The times he would call the flop would make him loose more money compared to the times he would hit a K on the turn and we pay him off.

I think it's a marginal call. I still make it, but I think villain shows up with a K a lot here. If he's truly passive, I think he c/c's a turn shove with a T or a draw far more than he makes the shove with the above hands...

Passive villain who insta shoves this turn I probably fold. LAGGier villain I'm happy to call.
