Default 89s limped pot, flop top straight and flush draw

Pre-flop with 89s in position, should I be limping along here, raising or folding?
Table has an uber-fish = sb, so I'm trying to get in a few pots.

Flop is almost perfect, but better flush draws are horribly in range. I figure I gotta re-raise, and seems that $10 is the way to go.

Turn, villain betting out screams 4 and I can't let the fish draw cheaply to his better flush (+ he may have a 4 as well, and will never fold it). Raise to $65 and hope sb calls, or push?

    Button ($93.65)
    SB ($164.75)

    UTG+1 ($99)
    MP1 ($76.65)
    MP2 ($197.50)

    Preflop: Hero is MP3 with 8, 9.
2 folds, MP1 calls $1, 1 fold, Hero calls $1, Button calls $1, SB completes, BB checks.

    Flop: ($5) 5, 6, 7 (6 players)
SB checks, BB checks, MP1 bets $3, Hero raises to $10, Button folds, SB calls $10, BB folds, MP1 calls $7.

    Turn: ($35) 3 (4 players)
SB checks, MP1 bets $20, Hero raises to ???,
