I am not used to tough situations this deepstacked especially with no reads. What is my best plan for this flop and why?

You should have made a min re-raise rather than a larger one pre flop. You still get to see what UTG does and now if he calls and the shorty shoves he re-opens the betting and you can move in yourself.

As played just move in on the flop, there is too much money out there to fold and you can't really expect UTG to bluff.
