$12 turbo - BB special trips line check

on the flop I checked behind because I wasn't scared much and I wanted him to have smth.. Then I started calling his bets thinking he undervalues my hand.. weird bet on the river.. without 3 diamonds I would push but I decided to call here.. what do you think?

I definitely bet the flop to build the pot. Even something like 60 sets you up for bigger bets on later streets plus it avoids giving opp a free card to beat you, particularly if he has two diamonds or KJ or whatever.

As played, I would raise the turn to 300 or so. He doesn't always have the flush here. As you played the turn, I call the river. You know what I always say - that an overbet like this is often a hand that doesn't want a call rather than a monster - although because this is the river, many players who slowplay hands on the flop and turn now realise that this is the last chance for them to get chips into the pot.
