Default Can I blind steal from the button here?

I'm pretty short on this $6.50 table. I have pushed against the player to my left a few times, but I have not stolen the blinds from the button yet. Q7 obviously isn't a great hand but the player to my left has shown no inclination of calling my AI's yet and the player in the bb seems quite tight too. So is pushing Q7 here a good idea?

It's more a question of +EV in ICM than it is a question of stealing. You should probably be pushing any two in this spot.

With your reads that the blinds are tight, I think that shoving is fine here. I ran this through SNG Wiz with the SB calling with 15% (33+, A4s+, A7o+, KTs+) and the BB calling with 12% (44+, A9o+, A7s+, KJs+) and shoving was +0.55% EV.

with about 5xbb and tightish blinds your pushing range can be very wide here.. so it's a good shove.. thanks tai for the analysis..
