Default Leaks. I have them. How do I identify them?

Backstory: I've been playing tournaments (and the other forms of NLH) for several years now. I feel like I''m competent, but stagnant, for whatever reasons. I also feel like I really, really want to improve, so while this is kind of vague, I guess I'm just asking what the best route(s) could/should/would be for someone who's been playing for a few years, but hasn't seen the improvement that they'd like. I probably haven't put in the studying time I should've by now, but that can be changed as well.

Looking for any and all suggestions/comments, thank you.

Edit: I'm not even sure if this is a straight up MTT question/post, as much as a fullout poker post, but I like a lot of the responses in here, and the players, so if you guys don't mind, I'd love to keep it here.

I would suggest posting a ton of hands and sign-up with a training site.

I'm not to fond of training sites myself.
But posting helps, as does reading.
Setting yourself new goals also does a great deal.

Playing right now, but if i think of something i post it ok.
