Dubai and poker

So I have an interview coming up for a job in Dubai. I was just wondering, since gambling is illegal there does anyone know if online poker sites will be accessible from there?

Go open an account at party poker. Hell my firewall at work won't even let me get on FTR or use any proxy servers so Dubia should have no problem

Italy filters out online pokah as well, as long as you have the program installed prior to going there, you can keep playing as normal.

lol. i cant seem to find anyone who is at least interested in the man made marvel that is dubai. Sure its tacky as hell, but its interesting how much man can do to a place with enough money.

anyway WTF, would u say that if someone was talking about vegas? At least dubai doesnt have a fake eiffeel tower and make out that everything u need in the world is there.

That makes no sense given that the program still has to connect to servers. Unlessonly does the website and not the servers are filtered (which are often different servers), but it would be pretty sloppy of them to block one and not the other.

Oh wow...the Italian big brother team is apparently pretty inept if they though that just blocking access to the website was gunna do the trick.

dubai is an awesome place, but its pissing me off because its making all my projects come in over budget. Something like 1/3 of the worlds cranes are in dubai right now, and they have put such a serious hurt on construction materials in the US, mainly steel and glass.

What you could do is remote desktop (MS terminal server client (?)) to a machine running in the U.S.
You would need a solid connection and I'm not sure how to set this up securely over internet protocols.

There are several places woth playing that are better than Party. But bear in mind, Euro fish play at different times. Any fishy site tightens up in hte evenings over here, but tight still doesn't mean tough.

Dubai as some of the tightest security and is very modern and rich, you definitely can't bribe policemen... it's not like other muslim nations even though it doesn abide to muslim traditions such as no gambling....
