SCs preflop and post
I had a few questions about playing SCs. My general understanding from SSNL FR was that SCs are good hands to call raises with in multiway raised pots, since your IO go up when more people are in the pot. However, against one raiser and no callers, what's the best way to play SCs?
Assume full stacks.
Villain is nitty, something like 13/8/2. He doesn't steal too much, and only 3bets/4bets pre with the nuts. You hold through :Qs: :Js:. He raises 5x from the cutoff after 1 limper, and you are on the button. What's your play for which hands, and what are the cutoffs for determining which hand goes with which play?
You hold and are in the BB. MP LAG open raises for 4x, unknown BTN cold calls. What's your play?
You are in the button with . You have been stealing the blinds a fair amount, and most people at the table have started loosening up against your raises. You raise to 4xBB after 1 limper, and a 27/21/3 3bets you to 12xBB. What's your play? Assuming you call, flop is :Tc: :Jc: . What's our plan?
If you guys have any other general situations or advice for how to play SCs better I'd love to hear it. Thanks!!
