What is a good win rate

I worked my BR up to have 30 buyins for 25NL 6max by grinding 10NL 6max. Within 3K hands I am down 6buyins, and am really unsure of my game. So I am wondering now if I moved up too quickly.

My winrate was 4.2/100 over ~10K hands. My stats are 15/12/2.1 over that stretch.

I noticed very quickly that there is much more 3betting and the players in general are tighter @ 25NL, translating to not getting paid off on good hands and getting c/r alot when cbetting.

So my question is: is my winrate good enough @ 10NL or do I still need to work on that aspect. Since I am down 6 buyins I am moving back down. till I grind it back up to 30 buyins.

15/12 for 6max? that's uber nit these days - 15/12 is pretty much optimal for full ring.

10nl - 25nl there is not much difference at all, you will run into some better people but they all still suck.

that's good that you moved back down, it can really mess with your ego and that's how disasters happen. however, it is impossible for us to tell you if it's just bad luck because -

1) 6 buy-in swings are very, very common
2) 10k hands is a small sample size, 3k even smaller
3) you need to post stats or hands

number 3 especially, post some hands - some spots where you didn't know what to do or big pots you lost. this will help a ton!

If so I completely suck and just need to cash out and call it a day......

I know my style is a little nitty, I am trying to work on that. I do not do very well dealing with large swings. I understand variance, but 6 buyin swings suck and if they are what is to be expected then I probably need to re-evaluate.

I also feel that my winrate is low, but I am unsure what is a realistic goal.

your win rates fine. pythonic is just referencing a prop bet he has with someone. At 10nl you should be able to beat it for 5-7bb/100 i would think. haven't played there in a while when im sober so i dont know.
