Should I have folded this on the river? No one was showing much aggression at all. It was all check/calls until the river, so I was guessing one of these villains had a lower flush and one had a poorly played trip 9's, maybe a straight.

Firstly, don't show results - they aren't relevant.

Secondly, whilst you do need to be a little careful with a straight or flush on a paired board, I think you played this fine. Don't think I'm ever folding the nut flush at a $1.10 tourney unless the board is really weird like QJT9 monotone or something.

I was getting 5/1 on it, so I figured with the Nut Flush draw it was worth the risk, considering if they had what I put them on I probably could have gotten one of their stacks, if not both.

You're about 18% or 4.5 to 1 against to hit a diamond on the river, so even if you don't win any more chips out of them on the river, the call is fine. Sure, you have some reverse implied odds if somebody has a full house or quads but you can't put them on those hands at this level - they could quite easily have trip 9s or a lower flush.
