    Push, good sir.

yeah kinda barf, I can see a fold, call and get it in on non heart, or a shove, probably in that order. The better you think he is the more you should fold I think because raising AxHx doesn't really make sense here. And even if that is what he has he won't be making near as big of a mistake calling as you will be getting it in dead.

Okay so lets say we looked up some stats. What would be a good course of action against - Solid regular, break even player, or a complete fish?

I don't think it's a useful distinction here, I would want read/HUD stats - if someone is tight this is an easy lay down since they are never semi bluffing.

Readless I think it doesn't matter much, we're either going to fold with 60/70% equity sometimes or get it in drawing dead sometimes. In those spots lacking a big price I'm going to lean to not getting it in dead. Again, I could see taking one card off, since you bet/calling this board should slow down most people without a flush or two pair+.

Good players probably don't do this with anything except a nice draw or a made big flush, bad players maybe also do this with sets/two pair/weak flush not carrying what price they lay, but again I'm not sure how we apply that. A bad player with AxQh may not realize if he raises he's helping everything he beats to fold while probably only getting action from AK+.

I don't think a good player min re-raises.. this bet means so many stupid things besides a made flush.(trying to pick off a c-bet, weaker ace trying to see where he's at, a semi-bluff to get a free river card because it's in most of the books, etc.)

    I push over..

...this IS a $20 tourney though...

Before acting I would also quickly Sharkscope him and see how good he is. Against a solid winning regular I would lay this down since they almost never do this with something you dominate, against a breakeven player I would call and peel off a turn card, against a -50% ROI fish I shove over.

If I call the donkminraise I am mostly checking the turn, and calling a bet if it comes a non heart and folding to a bet if it comes a heart.

    Ditto.

I shoved over and walked into J5h.

I didn't even have to sharkscope him.
