i hate bet folding cuz my stack is the pot here so i'm getting 2-1, but OTB it seems like i have fold here... i could push but im only called by better or a FD thats almost even money with me

if I fold I still have a pretty good stack and will definitely cash.

Villain likes to call and see flops. we recently checked down in a non paired board hand him just A4 no pairs so he's calling kinda wide but hasn't put a bet in with at least something

only question is would he try to protect a mid pp below mine on that baord

I think you have to call here. If he makes a substantial bet on the turn you have to fold.
If he saw you following up on the flop a lot, this would be the perfect flop to try and play back at you. If he is trying to protect a PP then it's probably worse than yours. I don't think there are many players who wouldn't 3-bet QQ+ preflop. It's not unheard of that someone would raise 3 kings here, but I think more often than not players will just flat call.
If he has a hand and you have him beat, you can probably show down the hand without having to put any more chips in.

I think calling is spewage. I don't see how anyone would minraise and then not get it all-in on the turn.

It's either fold or push here and either like viable to me.

Well I could see someone min-raise who thinks his PP is best, and doesn't want to give AQ type of hands a free card if the hero is likely to follow-up bet on a flop like this.
Or he might just decide to raise on a flushdraw... this is a board with monster fold-equity on either side.
But it's a very tough spot. I don't think folding would be all that bad. Pushing doesn't seem like the best idea ever, especially if you think that someone who min-raises here would definitely push on the turn - which I don't.

Your flop lead is pretty weak so I think your inducing a lot of bluffs/semibluffs, especially if this is the bubble. Agreed with char that calling the flop is spew. Theres too many ugly turn cards and too many chips in the pot already to think about calling the flop and c/folding the turn.

Lead flop stronger for at least 6k. As played I'm most likely shoving over the minraise

As played would you really shove over? You're basically turning the hand into a bluff then. Do you think that you are likely to get pushed off the best hand on the turn?
