Hands/hr Question with SnG's

1st post ever!. Alright so i'm a music student/fine dining waiter/small time musician who plays alot of poker. I don't have poker tracker and don't plan on getting it within the month so in the meantime for all you sit n go fanatics out there: What's a good approx i could make of the hands per hour i'm getting? I 3 table solely SnG's for about 3-6 hours per session and w/o PT the only records i'm keeping are ttl cashes/ ttl games played. # of 1st/2nd/3rd place, and total hours. I would love however to try and add a # of hnds per hour even if its just a ballpark figure. All replies are greatly appreciated

Turbo or regular ?
Most sites give you some sort of stats per Sng, just follow it for a while and you will have a good figure

Regular. on Pokerstars. i'll look that up thanks for the info

Just hit the stats tab on the bottom left hand side of the sng at the end of it and u will see the number of hands.
