In the 99 hand, I snap shove over. There's a chance that opp will fold and even if he calls, you may well have the best hand. If he has TT+ that's just a cooler.

In the AK hand, how did opp lose 40% of his stack so early in the tourney? That should give you a read as to whether he is a donk or not (but my assumption that anybody shoving this early is a donk).

As Tai said, shove over the first hand and call the 2nd

taking consideration on the 2nd one,it might be a coin flip,it might not
if it was a coin flip, isnt' it too early to take the risk?

i think ak is a tough hand to play in early stages at these low buy-in.my ak post flop is really bet too, although most of the time,i have 2 callers, and i mucked my hands pretty fast

"It's early" is not a reason to give up in this spot. The reason to give up is that calling is not +EV which in turn depends on opp's range. If he showed me a lower pocket pair in this spot then shoved, I would definitely fold because we need to be something like 54% to win to make this a good call whilst AKo is only 40-something to win against a lower pocket pair. HOWEVER, if he is so bad as to open shove more than 20x BB, he may be shoving Ax-type hands, and maybe even KT-KQ and QJ meaning that against his range you're more than 54% to win.
