Default few hands at 50nl. Basic.

Villy is Loose preflop...passive post, never bluffs. A very below average player whom i believe would have stats at around 40/5/2. I dont really think i can beat anything on this riv, but im priced in. Does anyone ever go with there gut and laydown here?

I'm intrigued by the turn play in hand 2, anyone else raise here looking to protect our hand plus take a free showdown or going for another street of value if called?

Hand 1: Nope I can't lay it down either (unless I'm pretty sure he has JQ or something random like that), I'd raise more preflop though (4-4.5xBB)
Hand 2: well played if you check BB, I'd raise preflop though to discourage him from limping on my BB and then raise the flop if he bets into me.
Hand 3: too complicated spot for me ... really dunno what I'd do without any extra reads/past hands. I'd prolly fold though tbh without any other reads than him being super lag fishy.
My blog/operation where ill gladly discuss all my poker thoughts/hands etc, all welcome: http://www.flopturnriver.com/pokerfo...os-192003.html

hand 1: well played, now fold river.

hand 2: also well played, though i like a bigger river bet representing a bluff as your good here most of the time and you know how donks always think big bets are bluffs when the draws miss, bet $6.

hand 3: hmm preety unfortunate spot, you also played this well, but the river is close, if he has a habit of turning made hands into bluffs on scary rivers id call but if youd never seen him do this before id probs just give him the benefit of the doubt and fold, even though it sucks.

Hrmm. I wasn't really sure that my line here was the most profitable.
Your suggestion seems like a kind of LHE play, and something i never would've thought to do. I would like to hear some thoughts about this.

Hand 1: I like a river fold, but I usually call because I fail at laying down pairs.
Hand 2: River bet is impressive for a 50nl player.
Hand 3: I would shove this river against the opponent described. If I did check it's a snap call.

flattin ur 4bets, makin u tilt
    1. you said it yourself that he is passive and never bluffs. so why would you call. dont say the words "priced in" unless you are thinking of a range for which you are priced in against. If you have a solid read and are not good vs any hands in his perceived range then u shouldnt call getting 100 to 1.

    2. this is played very well.

    3. absolutely everything got there so even though he likes to spew, its either shove for value or c/f. and its probably c/f.
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.
