Default 50nl AQ turns straight - bet sizing?

villain seems a fishy reg (25-8) but isn't stupid post-flop and is a solid winner over 2k hands. My image on this table for this session is pretty loose, but he'll have an HUD with a decent sample or no stats at all... Do I need to show some turn fear and bet only 2/3 pot?

    Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (8 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    UTG+1 ($99.25)
    MP1 ($39.15)
    MP2 ($117.80)
    CO ($100)
    Button ($102.90)
    SB ($53.90)
    BB ($60.45)
    Hero (UTG) ($55.30)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with A Q
Hero raises to $1.75, 6 folds, BB calls $1.25

    Flop: ($3.75) 10 K 6 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $2.50, BB calls $2.50

    Turn: ($8.75) J (2 players)
    BB checks, Hero bets $?,

$7 or so for balance. If you think he's retarded then bet like $15 and put the rest in on the river.
