I'm looking for general advise on playing overpairs on the different textures of flops. (They are played much simpler in SNGs it seems.) Can anyone point me towards any good articles? Or can anyone spew a little knowledge my way?
Thanks guys.

well its so hard to give general advise due to all the different factors that affect how a hand is played i.e. oppenent, board texture, stack sizes etc. But as a general rule of thumb, dont stack off for 100bbs plus vs nits and uber passives who are showing alot of aggresion, specifically on dry boards. Even against good regular players stacking off on dry boards with an overpair is often bad. On drawy boards stacking off with an overpair is in general ok as alot of people play draws strongly. | |
