All the sites I know that have arcades are arcade sites. Does 2+2, pocketfives, etc? It's not like we're making games here either, so they'd all be copies of games hosted elsewhere already.

I didn't find one that was worth the trouble, but maybe there is one now. That could be one use for the credits you earn for posting and rating topics -- play forum poker with the credits as your bankroll. Hmmmmm.......
