on the worst down swing ever pleeease help

[fulksy]

i think i'm playin decent but i'm almost always getting in with the best of it, but can not win i must be doing somethings wrong, i think because i'm on major tilt ( i don't feel on tilt i'm relaxed, but by on tilt i mean that this big down swing is effecting my decisions) please have a look at a couple sngs any help would be greatly appreciated. i actually think a lack of confidence makes people suckout on you ; )

Overall I think your preflop hand selection is OK, but you have a few things to watch out for. Firstly, don't call raises with like 10-12x BB when you'll be OOP postflop and you have weak hands like AJ and 77 - you should shove or fold in this case. Secondly, when you have 10x BB or less, don't complete the SB even with limpers in front since you leave yourself vulnerable to being shoved over.

3. AKo - 200 is plenty preflop, saves you chips if opp calls and you miss the flop and want to c-bet.

4. A7o - since the flop is dry, I would bet a little less here, either 150 (1/2 pot) or maybe even go for a check-raise since there are so many opps in the hand. Probably lean towards half pot bet though.

5. A7s - dude don't limp this shit from early MP. Just fold it.

7. T9o - good fold, you don't have odds to chase your OESD here.

8. 55 - I just shove it pre, if you get called, don't hit a set on the flop, c-bet the flop and have to give up you'll be desperately short. Plus if opp shoves over you have to call, so I just shove it in the first place.

J T BU (M = 10.03; f+f+f+f+f+F) (between 8 and 9) - good fold considering stack sizes

9. AKo - any shorter and I would just shove it preflop.

J A UTG+1 (M = 11.03; f+F) (between 9 and 10) - fold is not bad but I probably go for a 2.5x BB raise, seems as though the table is playing tight

10. ATo - don't like the complete here (though it isn't terrible) considering your stack size.

11. 77 - nononono, you need to either shove or fold here, you can't limp for 10% of your stack. Considering the dead chips in the pot I probably just shove it.

12. KJs - and this is Exhibit A as to why you shouldn't be completing here. Shove or fold preflop.

14. 52o - just shove it, if opp shoves over you're priced in and have to call so just shove it in the first place. You still have reasonable fold equity considering stack sizes.

16. AJs - nonononono, shove or fold preflop, don't cold call when you're OOP postflop, there are two opps in the hand and the cold call is like 12% of your stack. I most probably just fold this. As played, betting the flop is spewing chips when there are two opps in the pot, since you didn't hit just c/f it.

17. QQ - unlucky, this is the hand that killed you.

i think you nailed some of my biggest leaks on the head, but where i think i run into problems is when you say either shove or fold, i have a hard time finding the right decision i know it depends on your reads but it seems that even with reads i make a lot of wrong decisions, i find it easier when im under 10bb but around 12 0r 13 bb i;m hesitant to risk all my chips... thanks for the input.
