    Default $12 180 Review Please

I think I'm missing a ton of spots late. I'm not playing for first when I get to the FT. I am finishing 3-5 a lot and this is telling me that I'm not aggressive enough and building a stack to win. What do you think?

I don't think you missed that many spots.

Hand 2 - I don't complete the SB with this junk.
    Q J MP2 (M = 5.64; f+f+f+F) - This is pretty tight, what are the stacks behind you?
    Hands 16, 20 - Just shove preflop.
Hand 22 - Goodness gracious don't complete the SB, this is a huge leak.
    A J CO (M = 7.94; f+f+r+F) - Misclick?
Hand 23 - At least call the flop!

The AJs hand is one of those situations that I thought that I wasn't playing aggressive enough at the FT. Looking back, it's a push over the raise.

    Here is the QJs hand:

So you are saying that this is a shove? Should I be shoving more often in these situations with this stack size. I guess I rely too much on 10bbs for when to shove. I gather from what you are saying from this hand and hand 20 that you are suggesting that I should be shoving more often when <10M.

Hand 23 was weak, but I didn't want to bleed chips since I had an 8M stack so I folded.

Another hand from the FT in this tourney that I folded and think that it's a little weak. Is this a shove? At the time I wasn't sure of slav4o's play by smooth calling and mucked it. But I don't think that I can fold here.

Yeah folding the QJs there is bad. With up to 15 BB I'm usually shoving or folding, occasionally I'll make a small raise with air or a monster but usually it's shove or fold, especially in a turbo. With hands that don't really want a call but still have good equity when called (small pairs, big suited connectors like QJs) shoving is easily the best play.

Shoving the 88 would be ridiculously bad at a final table with a whole bunch of stacks that you cover. The last thing you want is to gamble with another big stack. I think I'd need JJ+ to go all-in here, folding TT and AK.

This is something I do alllllllll the time, I guess it's just so tempting with the huge pot odds. What do you limp here?

This was my thought. I was thinking that if he wanted to limp a big hand and let me see a flop with a marginal connecting hand, maybe I could flop big.

Folding TT and AK,? I don't think I could fold AK and TT in this spot. To me, this 88 hand was similar to the AJs hand were I folded. What I am trying to figure out is whether I should be acquiring the chips to win this thing when short handed at the FT. Time after time I get to the FT in these 180s only to come-up short because my FT play is similar to hands that I listed. I'm not sure if my FT play is correct or if I should be taking these flips. The blinds increase so fast and they are so big at the FT, I figure that I need to be gambling a little more at the FT. Here's the AJs hand, and yes I'm aware that the results have nothing to do with whether to get my chips in or not.
